How it works
You see a real design before you pay anything. Most of the work after that is mine.

Free mockup
You fill in a short form. Within a few days I send you a homepage designed for your business, with your name, your photos and your colours.

Change what you want
We go through it together on the phone, on WhatsApp or across a table, and I change it until it feels like yours. No charge up to this point.

Launch
I build the rest of the site, connect your domain, test every form, and set up Google Search Console so Google can find you.

Monthly care
Hosting, backups, security and updates are on me. When you need a change, you text me and it gets done.
Questions people ask
Is the mockup free?
Yes. I design your homepage and show it to you. If it isn’t for you, you owe nothing and I won’t chase you.
How long does a website take?
The mockup takes a few days. The full build depends on how quickly your photos and text come in, so I send you a simple upload link that works from your phone.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on how many pages you need and what the site has to do, such as an online shop or bookings. You get a clear quote after the free mockup, before any work starts, and the mockup costs nothing.
Can I pay monthly instead of upfront?
Yes. You can pay in one go, or spread the cost over 12 or 24 months with nothing to pay upfront. When the term ends, the website is paid off and only the care plan continues.
What does the care plan cover?
Care Essential covers hosting, backups, security and updates, and every site I build runs on it. Care Growth and Care Pro add monthly edit time, analytics reports and SEO tweaks. You can change or cancel a care plan with one month’s notice.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. Your site runs on WordPress, so you can change text and photos. Most clients text me the change instead, which is what the care plan is for.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. I can redesign it, or take over the hosting and monthly care of a site someone else built. I look after sites I didn’t build already.
Do you do online shops?
Yes. I can build a simple shop or online booking into your site. Airpower Pneumatics and The Auld Mill Bakery both sell online through sites I built.
